Just to the East of the Lake District National Park, lies Armathwaite Village, where you'll find serene woodland walks, riverside tranquillity and a warm welcome. Set in a central courtyard, Eden Grove is at the heart of the community and a short walk from two cosy pubs, a well stocked village shop and Armathwaite Station, on the famous Settle-Carlisle railway.

You can forget the car once you've arrived - our unspoilt environment is best explored on foot, by bike (delivered to your door!) or canoe!.... Missing the city lights? Being close to the station means you can reach Carlisle in 15 minutes.
